You should always have your feet measured while standing up, and you should have both feet measured, as one foot may be larger than the other. Additionally, it is best to have your feet measured later in the day as your feet are slightly swollen at that time.

How do you determine your foot type
Look at a pair of your well-worn shoes on a flat surface from behind the shoes. If your shoes fall inward, then you are a pronator. If your shoes fall outward, then you are a supinator.
