What size shoe do I wear?
Mospeople know their shoe size, but children are constantly growing and adults' feet also change as they age. Therefore, it is important to have both of your feet measured to determine your proper shoe size. You should always have your feet measured while standing up, and you should have both feet measured, as one foot may be larger than the other. In the event that one foot is larger, you should go with the larger size to ensure the most comfort in your shoes. Additionally, it is best to have your feet measured later in the day as your feet are slightly swollen at that time.

How do you determine your foot type
Look at a pair of your well-worn shoes on a flat surface from behind the shoes. If your shoes fall inward, then you are a pronator. If your shoes fall outward, then you are a supinator. If they remain straight up, then you have proper foot motion.
